You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the oki bet platform without prior written consent from oki bet.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oki bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

oki bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if oki bet reasonably believes that:

• You have provided false or misleading information;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;

• You are subject to a self-exclusion order or have been identified as a problem gambler.

Upon termination for cause, oki bet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
